New Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005
The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 came into force on 6th April 2006 and replace the existing Noise at Work Regulations 1989 for all industries in the UK except for the music and entertainment industries, which have until April 2008 to comply.
