RRC Developing Customer Service Excellence
RRC’s internal customer services department has recently been re-organised and expanded to enable us to improve the quality and level of service that we are able to provide for our students.
At the heart of the restructure is the appointment of three new graduate trainees. Since joining us in November all three have been following intensive training plans to impart the course knowledge and operational experience required to be rapidly effective in servicing students’ requests and queries.
In addition to being versatile with broad general departmental knowledge, the new recruits will also be taking on individual areas of specialism:
-
Toby Fowler is a graduate of Exeter University and will be augmenting the experience of Jennifer Francis in the customer relationship management area. Toby will be helping to manage the accounts of our increasing list of key corporate clients and their associated contracts, as well as dealing with general and individual pre-enrolment queries.
-
Felicity Smith, also an Exeter graduate, will assist with examination organisation and administration, servicing the expanding student numbers for both UK and international based assessments. Felicity is a keen rower with Olympic aspirations!
-
Jo Parkinson is an experienced administrator joining us from Kingston College. Jo will be helping to ensure the smooth arrangements for our expanding face-to-face course provision in the UK. In addition to our London and Coventry based programmes, RRC are looking to establish course centres in both the South West and North West of England this year.
The restructure also sees Emma Kehoe moving into the role of supervisor. Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having worked for RRC for nearly 9 years.
